Welcome! By using this website and purchasing any of the services offered, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who I Am

This website and its services are operated by Jessica Guzik, a freelance service provider based in Berlin, Germany. For questions, reach out to: hi@jessicaguzik.com

2. Services Offered

I provide LinkedIn content services, including:

  • A custom LinkedIn content strategy (based on client input)

  • A 30-minute monthly consultation call

  • A written batch of 4–6 LinkedIn posts

  • Weekly email support and performance feedback

Services are delivered digitally and tailored to each client.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Payments are processed via Stripe.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Invoices are issued in accordance with German tax law (§ 19 UStG).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

  • Due to the personalized nature of the service, no refunds are provided for work already delivered or in progress.

5. Client Responsibilities

To provide effective services, clients must:

  • Complete the strategy quiz

  • Attend scheduled calls or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Review and approve drafts in a timely manner

I reserve the right to pause service if repeated delays occur.

6. Intellectual Property

All content delivered to you is yours to use and publish. However:

  • You may not resell or redistribute the content as a service offering.

  • The underlying frameworks, processes, and templates remain the intellectual property of Jessica Guzik.

7. Confidentiality

I value your privacy and take confidentiality seriously. Your business, goals, and any proprietary information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

8. Limitations

I aim to support your growth on LinkedIn, but I can’t guarantee engagement results, leads, or platform performance. Content results vary depending on audience, industry, and algorithm changes.

9. Modifications

I reserve the right to update these terms. When I do, I’ll update the “last revised” date at the top. Continued use of the service means you accept any updates.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled in Berlin.
